- All payments must be made prior to the commencement of the workshop.
- Registration is strictly on a first-come-first-served basis as seats are limited and only confirmed upon payment receipt.
- Fees paid are non-refundable unless the workshop is cancelled by Oodles Learning.
- Workshop sign-ups are non-transferable to another participant.
- Request to change the date or venue of the workshop after registration is subject to space availability.
- Walk-ins will only be admitted on the basis of space availability and with immediate full payment.
- As there is a minimum class size requirement, the workshop may be postponed or cancelled if there are insufficient participants. In such an event, this will be communicated 3 working days before the workshop is due to commence.
- Your child is strongly advised to attend all lessons to ensure minimal disruption in learning as there are no replacement/make-up sessions or refunds given for any unattended lessons.
- By signing up for our services, you consent to videos and pictures of the class lesson (delivered regardless of medium) being recorded for training and commercial purposes.
- Oodles Learning reserves the right to change, add or delete any terms and conditions herein, without any prior notice. The decision relating to the mechanics of this promotion by Oodles Learning is final, conclusive, and binding.
